Anxiety Assessment (GAD-7)

ANXIETY ASSESSMENT (GAD-7)

The GAD-7 (Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7) is a self assessment that is used to evaluate the severity of generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) in adults. It consists of seven questions that ask about the frequency of various symptoms of GAD over time. This can include feeling excessively worried or anxious, having difficulty controlling worry, and experiencing physical symptoms such as restlessness or feeling on edge. The GAD-7 can also be used to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment for GAD. By administering the GAD-7 at regular intervals during treatment, healthcare providers can track changes in symptom severity and adjust treatment as needed. This assessment is 100% anonymous as we do not collect your data.
